हिन्दी में ऐसी आयुर्वेदीय पुस्तकों की बड़ी कमी थी, जिनमें रोग-विचार के साथ चिकित्सा, औषध निर्माण, अनुपान पथ्यापथ्य आदि का विवरण समझा कर सरल भाषा में एकत्र दिया गया हो। इससे सर्व साधारण पाठकों के सामने बहुत दिक्कतें आती थीं । प्रस्तुत पुस्तक में आयुर्वेद - साहित्य की इसी कमीको दूर करने का प्रयत्न किया गया है। " श्री बैद्यनाथ आयुर्वेद भवन लि०" द्वारा बनाई जानेवाली प्रायः सभी दवाओं की निर्माण- विधि तथा उनके गुण-धर्म और योगविधि के साथ सभी वैद्योपयोगी बातों का वर्णन सरल हिन्दी भाषा में किया गया है ।
There was a great shortage of such Ayurvedic books in Hindi, in which the details of treatment, medicine manufacturing, Anupana Pathyapathya etc. along with disease-ideas were explained and collected in simple language. Due to this, all the common readers faced many problems. In the presented book, an attempt has been made to remove this deficiency of Ayurveda literature. The manufacturing method of almost all the medicines manufactured by "Shri Baidyanath Ayurveda Bhawan Ltd", along with their properties, religion and yoga method, all the medicinal things have been described in simple Hindi language.
